JaynnoraStaple came into being since 2011. Our major concern is to bring Nigerian foodstuffs to your doorsteps. Our Products
We export majorly Ogbono, Egusi, Achi, Crayfish, Dry Pepper and Garri. However, we may export any foodstuffs specifically ordered by our customers. Our products are exported in packages of 1 kilogram/pack. Due to the various stringent international laws on food importation, we choose to make our exports in small scale of 20kg maximum. Our products are well dried and packaged. Hence, they endure any travel distant they are being subjected to on route to our customers’ doorsteps as they get to them “hale and hearty”- sure you understand what that means.
Brief Description of our Products
OGBONO AND EGUSI:
We majorly export ogbono seeds and only grind it if ordered specifically by our customers. We export maximum of 20kg per order.
CRAYFISH:
We export dry crayfish and they are in their natural form. We only grind them if ordered by our customers.
ACHI:
Usually, we roast the achi for our customers before exporting them. This makes cooking fast and less stressful since you need not go through the stress of roasting again. All you need do is soak, peel off the jacket and grind. However, we do all the above ( soaking, peeling and grinding) for our customers if specifically ordered.
GARRI AND DRY PEPPER:
We do not grind our pepper before exporting. We only do so on our customers’ demand/order. We export both white and yellow garri.
MODE OF PURCHASE/PAYMENT:
We communicate, negotiate and transact with our customer through email or telephone conversation as most of are customers are resident outside Nigeria. Our products are exported through courier services. Majorly we use EMS service, which has been reliable, however some of our customers demand usage of specific private courier companies in Nigeria like FEDEX, DHL, UPS etc.
Our only acceptable modes of payment are T/T and PayPal. Payment is made by two instalments. First payment is 75% of the total value of products purchased and is paid upfront before we send out the product. The remaining 25% is paid upon receipt of the couriered product. Our products get to our customers at most 6 to 7 days depending on the proximity of the location. We also send samples of our products, usually demanded by some of our new customers. Payment for sample is usually made once, we do not accept payment by instalment on samples.
